Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities through both telehealth and potential in-person sessions, ensuring a hybrid approach to care where necessary.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with generous bonuses based on performance.
