Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers to evaluate and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing to holistic patient care.

• Create and implement relapse prevention plans for patients at risk of deterioration in their mental health status.

• Identify “at-risk” patients and devise proactive strategies to mitigate potential crises.

• Document patient progress, treatment details, and outcomes in clinical records with accuracy and timeliness.

• Engage patients in their recovery by equipping them with self-management skills and educational resources.

• Provide insights and recommendations to clinic management and team members regarding behavioral health services and clinic operations.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards as guided by the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

• Execute other relevant duties as assigned to support the clinic's mission.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
