Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a comprehensive billing service that efficiently manages client claims, insurance accounts receivable, benefit eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on hands-on therapy rather than administrative tasks.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments with clients, managing an up-to-date calendar to optimize your therapeutic schedule.

• Demonstrate the ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations, adapting your approach as necessary to meet the unique challenges of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, addressing a myriad of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
