Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patient mental health status using industry-standard tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate the cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, providing interventions aimed at supporting mental health diagnoses and enhancing overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation while adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate teamwork by collaborating with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment strategy.

• Co-construct treatment objectives and interventions with patients, being proactive in addressing safety and symptom management.

• Establish referral pathways and maintain effective relationships with other clinicians and community organizations.

Qualifications\n
