Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses, utilizing diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to identify their specific needs.

  Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and cultural competence to provide effective, personalized care.

  Monitor client progress regularly, administering therapeutic interventions and adjusting plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical notes utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
