You will be working from a detox center setting but will engage with clients primarily through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized and couples therapy to clients of all age ranges, addressing varying mental health needs.
\n
• Utilizing a billing service to manage claims, maintain client and insurance accounts, conduct benefit and eligibility checks, and create payment plans.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and therapeutic interventions promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Scheduling and managing ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize client engagement.
\n
• Demonstrating flexibility and expertise while working with clients presenting with a diverse array of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients seeking support in a detox center setting. You will assist individuals dealing with substance use challenges, providing therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering recovery and promoting mental health stability. In addition, you will also work with couples, addressing relational dynamics and guiding them toward healthier interactions.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Hold an active LCSW license to practice independently.
\n
• Exhibit professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.
\n
• Display self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
\n
• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training or experience in couple’s therapy will be highly regarded. Expertise in navigating complex emotional landscapes and providing targeted interventions will greatly enrich our treatment capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses. Benefits include:
