Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients using standardized diagnostic tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create personalized care plans that respect cultural diversity and individual needs.

• Accurately document treatment records, reports, and other clinical information utilizing the latest technological tools to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and other professionals to develop holistic treatment plans aimed at achieving desired outcomes while addressing patient needs comprehensively.

• Facilitate referrals to other treatment providers and maintain effective relationships to ensure a continuum of care for patients.

• Engage in educational mentorship for students, interns, and other volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
