Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of your clients. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to determine patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records compliant with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care approach for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families encountering various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
