Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to establish mental health diagnoses, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based outpatient therapy to clients, continually evaluating their progress and adapting interventions to optimize outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date treatment records and reports, leveraging current healthcare technologies to complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Actively coordinating with external treatment providers, ensuring seamless referrals and interagency communication for comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
