Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW, your key tasks will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care specialists to create a comprehensive treatment approach for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse patient demographic, including adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will meet clients where they are, employing culturally competent practices to ensure they feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of proven clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, with a focus on effective clinical interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
