Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to create tailored treatment plans that resonate deeply with client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, enhancing their engagement in the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
