Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at ProHero, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that are essential to meeting the therapeutic needs of our clientele. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based approaches. You will tailor your interventions to address the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Providing a range of psychotherapy services employing leading therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). You are expected to adapt your techniques based on ongoing evaluation and client feedback.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans and monitor patient progress.

• Participating in scheduled case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practice and share insights among colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
