Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gauge the mental health needs and objectives of clients.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.
