Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders when needed, to establish an individualized plan of care.

• Provide ongoing evaluation and interventions, continually assessing patient progress to ensure the effectiveness of mental health care being delivered.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families to align objectives with the needs and desired outcomes unique to each individual.

• Employ innovative and evidence-based strategies to address safety concerns and symptom management, actively participating in a team-focused environment.

• Act as a liaison for patients, coordinating referrals and building effective relationships with other clinicians and service providers.

• Contribute to the education and mentoring of students, interns, and volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Engage in peer reviews and clinical collaborations, supporting colleague development alongside your clinical supervisor.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to the organization.
