Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies such as solution-focused therapy to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Implement therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster empowerment and resilience among clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts to provide holistic care, actively participating in case consultations to align treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing peer review meetings and training sessions to foster professional growth, staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health practice and research.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and promote proactive engagement in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from adolescents to adults who are coping with various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
