This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to manage your own workspace while still actively contributing to a compassionate care team. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for hospice patients, taking into account their medical history, emotional state, and psychosocial factors influencing their care journey.

  Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to develop individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and emotional well-being, facilitating a dignified end-of-life experience.

  Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), grief counseling, and mindfulness practices to support patients coping with anxiety, depression, and existential distress.

  Lead individual therapy sessions and group support sessions for patients and their families, encouraging open discussion about grief, loss, and adjustment to terminal illness.

  Provide crisis intervention services, leveraging de-escalation tactics to assist patients experiencing acute distress or emotional crises.

  Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to make informed choices at a critical time.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
