Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement comprehensive treatment plans developed in coordination with the healthcare team, ensuring that psychosocial assessments inform strategies for patient care and successful discharge.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and behavioral needs, facilitating timely interventions that promote mental health stability.

• Maintain meticulous records, including clinical notes and progress updates, strictly adhering to departmental standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention tailored to individuals' needs, with an emphasis on empowering clients to manage emotional and behavioral challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse population within the school setting, addressing the mental health and emotional well-being of students. You will work with children, adolescents, and their families, understanding the unique stressors faced in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of social work, specifically within a clinical setting.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will bring experience working directly within school settings or with youth populations. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and integration of technology in treatment planning will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
