Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to guide your clinical judgment.

• Develop tailored treatment plans through in-depth collaboration with patients and their families, with objectives aimed at achieving culturally sensitive care that reflects the unique needs of each individual.

• Implement evidence-based interventions that promote positive mental health outcomes and provide necessary therapeutic support throughout the treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to foster a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Provide educational support for students, interns, and volunteers, sharing your expertise to foster the next generation of mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensed status as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to attractive compensation, you will receive:
