Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have a direct impact on the quality of life for clients facing mental health challenges related to hospice care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, followed by developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices.

• Providing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Collaborating actively with other healthcare and mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care efforts that foster holistic treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations, providing insights and receiving feedback to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license for practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
