Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from a location of your choice while having access to the support and resources of our Hospice Center operation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, psychologists, and other social workers, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs, utilizing platforms that facilitate secure and confidential interactions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health and wellness are being addressed.
\n
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, assisting them in accessing community resources and support services that further their treatment goals.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and share best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Working within a compassionate environment, you will empower clients to build resilience and implement coping strategies, positively impacting their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostics and developing treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices within a therapeutic context.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in hospice or palliative care settings and familiarity with working in remote healthcare environments will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
