This full-time position allows for remote work, enabling you to make a significant impact in the lives of clients dealing with serious mental health challenges from the comfort of your home, while offering support in a variety of settings, including a Detox Center.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients who are experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each client, facilitating access to additional supportive services.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, brief screenings, and detailed evaluations as necessary to inform treatment pathways.
\n
• Engage in regular case management to monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment goals and identifying any need for adjustments.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative decision-making processes to advance client-centered solutions.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and prepare timely reports to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
\n
• Provide on-call support during and outside of program hours, responding to crisis situations as they arise.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and committee work focused on improving service delivery and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, many of whom may be in crisis or dealing with substance use issues. Your role will involve not only individual therapy but also family and group therapy, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health needs with sensitivity and respect for the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington state Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and interventions appropriate for the populations being served.

Compensation and Benefits\n
