Work Environment\n

This role operates in a hybrid work setting, allowing for a blend of in-person and remote work, tailored to meet both the needs of our clients and your schedule. You will engage with patients face-to-face at our clinic, as well as provide services through telehealth platforms, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for our patient population. Our facilities are equipped with the latest telehealth technology to maintain high standards of care even when delivering services remotely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments for patients and their families, examining areas including emotional well-being, motivation, and the psychological impacts of physical health issues.

• Identify, evaluate, and diagnose a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders, implementing appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals, utilizing effective psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and group counseling.

• Regularly document all clinical interactions and assessments in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and providing continuity of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, drawing on team member expertise to enhance patient care and address complex cases.

• Adapt therapeutic techniques as needed to suit individual client needs, reinforcing strategies that support emotional and behavioral adjustment.

• Contribute to ongoing program development to enhance service delivery and promote best practices within our behavioral health initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population served consists of adults facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, substance use issues, and trauma-related disorders. This role emphasizes building rapport with each client to tailor interventions that acknowledge their unique backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution of higher education, which must include a supervised internship that meets professional standards.

• Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, with an understanding of state regulations governing clinical social work practice.

• Demonstrated ability to provide mental health services in an outpatient or consultative capacity within the past 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
