Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Replicate Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating in the program planning and organization of mental health services tailored for our detox center clientele.

• Communicating effectively with medical professionals to report on patient progress, specific needs, and any emerging concerns that may arise during treatment.

• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of clinical and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Contributing to the multidisciplinary treatment team by formulating comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that stem from thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Providing individual counseling and crisis intervention for patients which includes the assessment and management of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Engaging with family members and support networks to facilitate a supportive environment for clients during treatment and after discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting individuals grappling with substance use and mental health issues, many of whom are facing significant environmental pressures and psychosocial challenges. This high-risk population requires not only clinical intervention but also education and support to navigate the complexities of recovery and wellness. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work or a closely related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, firmly establishing your capacity to manage complex cases.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
