Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnose mental health needs using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), crafting individualized care plans that honor the cultural diversity and unique needs of our patient population.

  Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt strategies and interventions to effectively support each individual's mental health diagnosis.

  Prepare and maintain accurate, timely treatment records and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and utilizing modern electronic health record systems.

  Collaborate closely with patients and their support networks to develop comprehensive treatment plans, establishing desired outcomes and integrating patient goals into actionable care pathways.

  Create treatment objectives with input from patients and their families, ensuring that interventions prioritize patient safety, symptom management, and holistic support.

  Coordinate referral processes and foster strong relationships with external treatment providers and agencies, facilitating seamless transitions for patients in need of additional services.

  Engage in education and mentorship, sharing your expertise with students, interns, and volunteers in the clinical environment.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
