Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe environment for therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders in individuals and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Engage in regular counseling sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments tailored to their changing needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
