Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources during virtual consultations.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, setting achievable goals and interventions that reflect their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
