Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their unique history, goals, and cultural context, ensuring personalized care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services by assessing risk factors and working with healthcare professionals to establish a plan for patients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with skills and knowledge necessary to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
