Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide diagnoses utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate personalized care plans that respect cultural diversity and special needs.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, applying evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the mental health diagnoses and individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and all clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards using modern technology.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans with patients and their families that reflect patient-centric goals, and anticipate interventions that support safety and symptom mitigation.

• Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals to optimize comprehensive care pathways.

• Mentor and provide guidance to students, interns, and other healthcare professionals in the field, contributing to the overall development of future social workers.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaborations while assisting in the auditing of clinical charts, fostering a supportive environment focused on team member development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $105,000.
