Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, when necessary, to diagnose and evaluate the patient's mental health status and the effectiveness of treatment plans utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, addressing cultural and individual needs and integrating evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, implementing strategies and interventions designed to support mental health diagnoses while ensuring ongoing patient safety and wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, progress notes, and clinical reports, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the integration of multiple perspectives into patient care.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate with external treatment providers, ensuring patients have access to all necessary resources and support systems.

• Provide mentorship and educational opportunities for students, interns, new staff, and volunteers within the department, enhancing the collaborative learning culture of our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic services to individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
