Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical interventions to diverse student populations, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings using evidence-based practices to determine the severity of issues and develop comprehensive care plans.
\n
• Provide education and training to school staff and families on recognizing and addressing mental health challenges, as well as implementing preventative measures.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Assist with crisis interventions, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Monitor treatment efficacy through continuous evaluation of clients’ responses and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements in all professional interactions and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including notes on client sessions, assessments, and follow-up actions, ensuring that all data is submitted as required.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficacy of treatment programs within the organization.

The primary focus of this position is to support students facing major mental health challenges and emotional disorders in the school environment. You will address a variety of needs, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and family crises, striving to empower students through targeted interventions and a compassionate approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse populations including students, families, and staff.

• Demonstrated understanding of developmental needs across various age groups and the ability to adapt interventions accordingly.

• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to ethical practice in social work.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services, particularly in school or community settings.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

• Experience in crisis intervention and a solid understanding of relevant state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
