Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly support clients in both office and community settings who experience symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate collaboratively as a team member to achieve common goals, ensuring a unified approach to client care.

• Offer a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Assist in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in critical situations.

• Manage a caseload that includes assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment aligns with clients’ presenting issues and requests.

• Complete timely reports and data submissions to monitor client progress and program effectiveness.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery objectives and overall agency performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving clients with significant mental health and emotional challenges, particularly those undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may have a range of co-occurring disorders. It is essential that the LCSW brings an understanding of the varied influences that affect these clients’ lives to effectively address their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with relevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• A minimum of two years of experience in direct clinical practice, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.

• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies pertinent to the populations served, especially concerning risk assessment and crisis management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service delivery.

• Competency in recognizing and addressing the developmental and specialty issues relevant to the client population.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is set between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
