Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address goals and interventions based on each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, facilitating coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, effectively assessing risks and providing immediate support during emotional crises.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and parent support groups that empower families and enhance community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse client base within a school environment, where you'll work closely with students who experience various challenges impacting their mental health and educational performance. This role will require sensitivity and adaptability to meet the varying needs of children and adolescents from different backgrounds and with differing degrees of mental health requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with youth populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
