Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in a school setting, conducting assessments and providing therapy to students with a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop integrated care plans that address the individual needs of each client, coordinating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on enhancing coping skills and emotional resilience.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support for students in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, including timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, ensuring that treatment goals are being met and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position targets school-aged youth who experience major mental illnesses and emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Employees in this role can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
