Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children under three years of age to identify developmental delays.
\n
• Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes, regularly communicating with team members and families to ensure effective support delivery.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children and families, facilitating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to recommend personalized strategies for child development.
\n
• Provide education and resources to families, equipping them with skills to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations while prioritizing the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges, assisting families in navigating the landscape of early intervention services. By working closely with families, you will support children’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development during their formative early years.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
\n
• Proficient in adapting to diverse learning styles to cater to the individualized treatment plans of each child.

Compensation and Benefits\n
