Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and unique needs to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide intervention and support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordinated care tailored to each patient’s requirements.

• Assist patients and their families in navigating the complexities of mental health diagnoses, treatment choices, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet the special needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, ensuring alignment with patient goals and preferences.

• Support patients in understanding and advocating for their rights within the mental health system, helping them access necessary resources and support.

• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to enhance patient skillsets and promote successful transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in detoxification and early recovery phases. Our patient population ranges from adolescents to adults who are facing various mental health challenges, often complicated by substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
