Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans, setting measurable goals to track progress.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that best suit clients' situations and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients facing challenges related to substance abuse disorders, mental health issues, and significant life transitions such as grief, separation, and trauma recovery. Your work will focus on empowering clients through therapeutic interventions that encourage resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth. As part of your role, you will also engage with families, providing them with support and educational resources to navigate the recovery process effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid license to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
