This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to interact with clients and collaborate with team members from the comfort of your own environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and facilitate utilization management, enabling clients to access necessary services without barriers.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure clients have robust support systems in place post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients to develop a healthy relationship with food through modeling and supportive counseling techniques.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care, addressing the unique circumstances of each client by recognizing and incorporating their intersecting identities into the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and young adults, collaborating with educators and parents to support mental well-being in academic environments. You will be equipped to handle a variety of cases, including those with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, ensuring that all clients receive the comprehensive support they need to succeed academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory for this position.
