Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting with the flexibility to create your own schedule. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing therapy sessions via telehealth as well as in-person at our outpatient office in Philadelphia, depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform ongoing documentation as required by company policies and procedures.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, demonstrating your commitment to providing quality care and support.
\n
• Utilize creative and effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs to help them achieve their goals.
\n
• Maintain clear and organized session documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and updates in collaboration with other health professionals.
\n
• Work collaboratively with case managers, families, educators, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance support for clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service by empathetically responding to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

As an LMFT at Wellmore Health Center, you will use your expertise to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them navigate issues related to relationships, communication, and emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.

• Ability to pass a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of family therapy services and community resources is advantageous.

• Previous experience in mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes, is preferred.

• Familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
