Work Environment\n

This position allows you the flexibility of a remote work environment while maintaining active engagements with clients and our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct therapy sessions virtually and leverage our innovative telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients' mental health needs and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective care.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, aligning with company policy to produce ongoing treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome assessments.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—utilizing creative interventions that motivate clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate therapeutic conversations and documentation.

• Ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries with clients while fostering an atmosphere of trust and safety.
