Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, offering flexibility and convenience for both the therapist and the clients. Working from home, you will remain connected to a dynamic team through digital communication and collaborative platforms. Our clinicians maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, working within a schedule that promotes work-life balance while fulfilling our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Document session details, including diagnosis reviews and treatment notes, in accordance with company policy to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address and close gaps in the mental health landscape.

• Leverage creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to inspire clients to set and achieve personal goals.

• Coordinate and communicate with case managers, families, and healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, many of whom are navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health issues. Our approach emphasizes inclusivity and cultural competence, requiring a therapist who is comfortable and experienced in addressing a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A demonstrated understanding of family therapy services, community resources, and effective fee collection practices.

• Experience in creating detailed treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical case notes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
