Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to accurately assess mental health diagnoses, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methods.

  Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs and goals, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.

  Maintain a caseload of 25-30 sessions per week, meeting with clients for individual, family, and group therapy, and providing ongoing support and accountability.

  Document each session meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding treatment plan reviews, progress notes, and follow-up care.

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

  Utilize creativity in therapy sessions to develop engaging interventions that help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

  Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and actively responding to their needs and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. The therapist will be expected to develop therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness, addressing a range of issues from relational conflicts to mental health disorders. Comfort and familiarity with various cultural backgrounds and life experiences are essential to effectively support our clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
