Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and mental health, forming personalized treatment plans aligned with their objectives.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to navigate and resolve issues related to communication, stressors, and overall family dynamics.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client and family safety is prioritized at all times.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies to enhance their emotional health and relational wellbeing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care.

• Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing training and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily working with adults as well as children and adolescents. You will assist clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. Our clinic values a culturally sensitive approach, allowing you to interact with a diverse clientele and meet them where they are in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD $75,000 to $100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
