Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, followed by devising and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and establishing strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions, fostering a dynamic healing environment that supports clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Prepare and document session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring thorough record-keeping that accurately reflects client progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support personnel to coordinate care and services for clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families who are navigating a range of challenges. Your experience will be invaluable in providing therapeutic support to those dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and addiction recovery. The ability to connect with a diverse demographic and to provide culturally competent care is essential in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy services and community resources.

• Experience in preparing and managing clinical documentation, covering the completion of diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Proven experience and comfort working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.
