Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Huckeye Health Recovery Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, crafting comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that are aligned with our clients' specific goals.

• Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, providing high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services, both in-person and via telehealth sessions.

• Documentation: Complete detailed documentation for every session in compliance with organizational standards, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
\n
• Collaboration: Work closely with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to ensure holistic support for clients, facilitating seamless coordination of care.

• Creative Interventions: Implement innovative therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals, adapting approaches based on individual needs.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all clients, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that engages and empowers them throughout their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing children, adolescents, couples, and families struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in family therapy services, knowledge of community mental health resources, and familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service.

• Documented experience with clinical case notes, treatment plans, and development assessments (DAs).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
