Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health diagnoses and needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clients' goals, ensuring ongoing documentation aligns with organizational policies.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing consistent and high-quality therapy sessions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with colleagues to advance the clinic’s mission of enhancing community mental health.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and techniques to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their treatment goals.

• Prepare and submit individual session documentation, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes, adhering to company protocols.

• Work in collaboration with other professionals, such as case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Huckeye Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role will be vital in addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
