Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mental health needs, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with company procedures.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients, dedicating time to individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including telehealth services.

• Deliver exceptional client service by building strong therapeutic relationships and employing creative interventions to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Document treatment progress meticulously by preparing session notes, treatment plan modifications, and diagnostic assessments while adhering to legal and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other team members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the high standards of care at Huckeye Health Recovery Center.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

• The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
