Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their individual goals and requirements.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to promote healing and resilience.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to deliver integrated care focused on the whole-person approach.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices related to mood disorders to enhance your treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and pursue professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals suffering from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will provide therapy to a diverse range of clients, including populations facing unique challenges, such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. This role is critical in fostering recovery and enhancing well-being in those who may feel marginalized or underserved.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
