Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health challenges and formulate effective, customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance clients' well-being.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or those with mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to uphold ethical standards and facilitate ongoing care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions relevant to innovative therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on collaborating with clients experiencing a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
