Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and life goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and manage symptoms.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders and self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes based on ongoing assessments.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care solutions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
