Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring their mental health goals are met through effective treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments, documenting client histories and backgrounds to create personalized and actionable treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting approaches based on the client’s progress and feedback.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting and treatment monitoring, fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances their commitment to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines, utilizing a user-friendly platform designed to streamline client management, scheduling, and session notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Everlife, our client population is diverse, representing a wide array of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with individuals and families from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique mental health journeys and assisting with effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas, allowing you to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing individual and group therapy.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
